**About the Role**
- Research and analyse market trends
- Identify target markets and how best to reach them.
- Create marketing strategies ensuring that ROI and sales growth achieved
- Plan campaigns and manage budgets ensuring variance is within agreed parameters
- Organise the production of posters and brochures to budget and deadline
- Organise and attend trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and sales meeting
- Responsible for managing Algeos Australia's social media and web estate
- Ensure marketing campaigns run to deadline and are on budget
- Monitor and report effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
- Monitor orders and feedback from customers
- Monitor competitor pricing and report to the Managing Director with recommendations and strategies - ROI and sales growth achieved, market share increased
- Develop and Manage new product launches
- Ensure websites are accurate and up to date with new information and products
- Liaise with sales team and customer services to ensure they are well informed of new products, promotions, conferences and courses to boost sales
- Contact suppliers for information regarding products
- Monitor and track KPI's
- Clearly articulate the priority market segments and growth opportunity to ensure that all future plans are built around real areas of growth opportunity - ROI, market share increased
- Continuously research and understand the market(s) the division covers
- Monitor and report on a monthly basis division sales and profitability
- Ensure all information in SAP is correct relating to relevant products within the division

**Education & Knowledge**:
Essential - Marketing Qualification

Essential - Podiatry, Orthotic, Prosthetic industry and product knowlege

Essential - Podiatry, Orthotic, Prosthetic brand marketing experience

**Relevant experience**
- Strong time managment skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Proven track record of organising and planning industry conferences, exhibitions and trade shows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe creative software, namely Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- A creative approach
- Ability to lead and motivate the marketing, customer services and sales teams
- Confidence to 'sell' your ideas
- Attention to detail good business sense and budgeting skills

A sound knowledge of marketing is essential, interstate travel may be applicable at times.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
