**The Position**
An exciting and varied opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant to support a passionate Director within Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs.

As the Executive Assistant you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director as well as client management and office support. Your primary role will be to assist the Director in their day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

This position is an integral role in the organisation and requires an organised and skilled Executive Assistant who can provide a high level of coordination and confidentiality.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Providing high level support to the Director in the form of managing diary appointments, scheduling and arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international);
- Coordinating meetings with the broader leadership group including monitoring actions, taking meeting minutes and finalising agendas;
- Drafting and posting communication including correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of the Executive;
- Providing support in the implementation of special projects;
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all goals and objectives are met as a team.

- Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within the organisation;
- Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment;
- Ability to professionally manage scheduling conflicts and recommend appropriate solutions;
