As an Account Executive at Temperzone, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with specialist contractors in the HVAC sector to promote and sell our company's diverse range of HVAC products and solutions to existing and prospective clients in the residential, trade, retail and wholesale markets.

Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, providing sales and technical assistance, and negotiating contracts and agreements. You will also partner with internal stakeholders such as customer service, customer care, and marketing to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key tasks:

- Act as the internal and external champion for Temperzone and Hitachi products.
- Establish, develop, and manage existing relationships with specialist partners across residential, trade, retail and reseller sales channels.
- Implement & develop sales plans in line with state and national strategies.
- Coordinate marketing and execute strategies for defined key accounts.
- Manage specialist pricing structures for competitiveness.
- Analyze existing/potential customer needs.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets, budgets, margins, and product budget within schedule.
- Provide high level of customer service across all functions.
- Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business.
- Perform monthly regional visitations to a nominated sales territory.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of local experience in an external role within the HVAC/Building Industry.
- High level of business acumen.
- Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management in the Australian market.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive, professional key relationships with clients.
- Possess a flair for client communications and understanding of consumer behavior's.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Understanding of marketing and advertising planning
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Aust / International competitive landscape.
- Proven willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
