Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Excelite Enclosure's products and services to target audiences across multiple channels, including online sales platforms and offline promotions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making and precise market positioning.
- Develop tailored strategies for specific markets, with a focus on market demand differentiation and precise market targeting, while identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, expanding product market reach and customer engagement points, and ensuring the effective execution of strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop sales support materials such as product brochures, presentations, and case studies to support lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities across different channels, tracking key metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, and KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals, while also fostering creativity and innovation in marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness, providing support for marketing activities.
- Manage key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, assisting in driving substantial sales growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, providing forward-looking market advice and innovative solutions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance, presenting findings and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives targeting large-scale commercial projects, aimed at expanding the company's presence and securing new business opportunities in alignment with the company, focus on developing clients for large-scale commercial projects.
- Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the requirements of commercial clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition to support the company's strategic plan for targeting these clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on Engaging with commercial clients and possessing exceptional negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, with a demonstrated ability to analyse market demand differentiation and achieve precise market positioning.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, branding, campaign management, and market analysis.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
- Results-oriented attitude, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
