In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies across online and offline channels, working closely with operation and IT to drive brand awareness, campaign performance, and customer engagement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage and optimize the company website to ensure an engaging, conversion - driven user experience that supports digital marketing objectives. 2. Plan and manage advertising campaigns across platforms, such as Google and TikTok, optimizing targeting, creative assets, and ROI through continuous performance analysis. 3. Coordinate marketing activities for product launches and seasonal promotions. 4. Monitor key marketing metrics, identify growth opportunities, and stay ahead of competitor and market trends. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize promotional content, product messaging, and landing pages for better conversion outcomes segmentation and customer lifecycle management. 7.
