You will be responsible for developing and growing new and existing retail agents in New South Wales. We’ll look to you to manage sales and lead a group of Territory Sales Executives. You will develop and execute business initiatives, as well as generate new business to achieve overall revenues and targets. You will grow your pipeline through lead creation, prospect, and convert leads into profitable business opportunities. You will also manage a portfolio of existing agents to grow transaction volumes through building trustworthy partnerships.

You will conduct presentations and negotiate deals and will also carry out ongoing analysis of the results of key initiatives and make recommendations on how to optimize and improve the business together with reporting and forecasting on potential sales.

You must have extensive sales experience preferably within the financial services or money transfer industry, particularly in signing and licensing managed service contracts, governed by regulatory bodies. You also have a track record of structuring and leading complete negotiations to successful closure and execution.

You must also be motivated and driven, a people leader and capable of working independently, with a proactive nature. You are a quick learner and can move ideas and tasks forward. As a people leader you will have a track record and be responsible for recruitment, coaching, supporting, and keeping a sales team accountable for revenue and transaction growth within defined territories.

In addition to being a sales professional and people leader, you will need to demonstrate a strong ability to network and build relationships with internal key stakeholders within a large corporate business.
