**About the opportunity**

The well-renowned Restaurant Group is successfully established and continues its growth offering career opportunities for advancement for talented individuals.

With a number of outstanding venues in their portfolio, our clients are looking for a senior front of house supervisor to lead a small team in a contemporary restaurant that is a stylish, warm and a beautiful space featuring fresh, locally sourced and delicious food with a Mediterranean touch

This stunning venue is walking distance from the beach in the seaside suburb of St Kilda. With a stylish setting this is a must visit destination for cocktails, a fantastic wine selection and a superb dining experience with the freshest ingredients.

We are searching for an experienced leader who can ensure the seamless delivery of a la Carte sequence of service. Leading by example you will ensure that your team delivers everything needed to ensure that your guests have a exceptional dining experience. Your experience will be invaluable to the operation and your customer service will be second to none.

- Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager experience in a contemporary to high end setting is essential
