About The Role
The Duty Manager is responsible for managing front-of-house operations and supporting the team in delivering memorable guest experiences. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily operations, including venue opening and closing, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
  • Coaching team members on Service Steps, equipping them to deliver excellent service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Handling guest escalations and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Effectively managing rosters, maintaining venue cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring compliance with OHS, food safety, and security standards.
  • Supporting inventory processes, accurately recording stock movements, and maintaining high standards of venue presentation.

About You
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor or someone with similar experience ready to take on more responsibility. You'll excel in this role if you have:

  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to guest service excellence.
  • The ability to motivate and guide team members, ensuring operational standards are met.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
  • Confidence in managing guest interactions and a solutions-focused mindset.

Availability Requirements
