**About the role**:
You will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support and campaign marketing services. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic and eager to take charge of the day to day administrative needs of the team.

**About You**:
You have a proven track record working in a busy administration role and portray a friendly, confident and can do attitude. Experience working within a real estate sales environment is favourable - preference will be given to those with campaign/client management experience. As a ‘Star Administrator’ with exceptional attention to detail, your positive energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills will be recognised and rewarded.

You will be comfortable with working to deadlines, providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the advertising campaign and upholding Marshall White’s values.

**Skills, Experience & Responsibilities**
- Real Estate administration and advertising experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and a can do attitude with a smile
- Previous experience with Box + Dice and Campaign Track preferred but not essential
