**About the role**:
A new 12-month maternity leave opportunity as Campaign Manager has arisen within our Store Experience and Loyalty team.

With the largest and best national data set at our disposal, our team can really go to town on personalising the experience and value we give to our customers. And with loyalty programs playing a key role as a differentiator in the market (with a brand-new strategy in place, huge investment, and endorsement from our leadership team), there is no better time to join

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to our Commercial Manager, you’ll be empowered to manage and execute multi-channel loyalty marketing campaigns to meet business and marketing objectives.

**You’ll also**:

- Bring marketing plans to market including insight, analytics, creative, execution
- Brief agencies and stakeholders on planned activity
- Brief digital operations on offer set up and testing
- Manage multiple campaigns and shifting priorities to deliver on time
- Work with our analytics team to understand and provide insight on campaign performance and drivers of member behaviour.

**What you bring**:
3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing/ Loyalty/ CRM, coming from an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. Ideally you bring experience and a strong understanding of retail marketing.

**You’ll also need**:

- Experience managing end-to-end campaigns
- Capacity to deliver high quality outputs in a fast complex retail environment
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives and results.
