**About the role**:
A newly created opportunity for a Marketing Content & Planning Manager has arisen within our passionate and vibrant Brand, Digital & Design team. In this energetic role you’ll take ownership and manage the Coles Magazine content strategy across print and digital to grow customer loyalty and engagement for one of Australia’s biggest brands

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the annual content calendar, drive buy-in across key stakeholders and manage the production of content assets.

**You’ll also**:

- Lead and develop initiatives, timelines, and content for campaigns outlined in the customer calendar to deliver the overarching marketing strategy.
- Grow revenue and profit to Coles via management with Coles 360 of the supplier content advertising program for Coles’ magazines.
- Manage budgets spanning content OPEX, content agency and print contract.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 3+ years’ experience as a content, brand or campaign manager working across print, social/ digital.

You have a creative eye, a keen interest in food and/or photography and enjoy partnering with agencies to get the best result for all. A true team player with a great attitude, you are an exceptional project manager who can manage stakeholders, timelines, and production schedules with ease.

**You’ll also need**:

- Experience managing teams of editorial and production staff in addition to external contributors and printers
- Experience supporting a business to develop innovative editorial concepts that support advertising revenue while maintaining editorial integrity across print & digital.
