The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves to manage the full marketing mix, from digital campaigns to offline branding. Your primary goal will be to drive new patient growth, particularly for our high-value services like dental implants and cosmetic dentistry, while nurturing our existing patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and Google Ads (PPC/Search).
  • Drive organic growth by developing and implementing an effective SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
  • Manage our CRM system to create patient nurture sequences, improve patient retention, and manage communications.
  • Ensure branding cohesion across all platforms, from the website and social media to in-clinic materials.
  • Create and manage content for our website, blog, and social media channels that reflects our professional and empathetic brand voice.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs (e.g., CPL, ROAS, patient acquisition cost) to optimize campaigns and manage the marketing budget effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven, hands-on experience (3-5+ years) in a marketing role with a strong digital focus.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing successful Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and email marketing automation.
  • A strong understanding of branding and the ability to maintain a consistent, professional brand voice.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • (Highly Desirable) Experience in the healthcare, dental, or a similar local service-based industry.
  • A proactive and autonomous individual who is excited to take ownership of the practice's growth.
