We are a Hawthorn-based agency looking for an Account Manager to join our specialist team. We are the leading authority in Franchise and Multi-location marketing with some of the largest brands in Fitness, Accommodation, Automotive and Cycling.

You will work alongside an expert team that specialises in paid advertising, in-house design, web development and strategic advisory teams.

Plus.. we have a pet crocodile.

The Opportunity

A rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing agency as a digital marketing specialist, working with clients to grow their business on a local, national and international level.

You love all things digital marketing and want to be fully immersed into a team who can encourage and support each other as we continue to grow personally and professionally.

You are someone with the following

  • 2+ years experience in managing/overseeing Meta and Google advertising in a business environment
  • Enjoy working in a team environment but can work autonomously
  • Well presented, shows initiative and can make decisions
  • Quick Learner and always exploring new and better marketing strategies and tactics
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, with a can-do, must-do attitude
  • Ability to research, problem-solve and present solutions

Your day to day includes

  • Build and nurture client partnerships, driving long-term growth.
  • Craft and deliver cutting-edge campaigns that grow business and client sales.
  • Empower clients with actionable insights and success stories derived from data.
