**About the role**:
An opportunity for a Marketing Manager has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand, Digital & Design team. In this role you’ll be empowered to deliver customer-facing campaigns which includes working with insights, brief development, establishment of strategic propositions, creative concepting and execution.

This is a 14-month fixed-term full-time contract.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll:

- Increase brand equity, customer satisfaction and loyalty to Coles.
- Identify, develop, execute, and communicate new initiatives / platforms which deliver customer-centric solutions through marketing activity
- Analyse post-campaign results to determine effectiveness of solutions.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing role spanning media and brand planning, campaign development and execution.

We’re after an experienced customer centric integrated Marketer who can navigate ambiguity and work with cross-functional teams to influence and drive campaigns forward.

**You’ll also need**:

- A solid understanding of budget management and monthly reconciliation processes
- Strong digital capability including digital optimisation
- Ability to analyse market sales and customer data.
