**Job Duties**:
In this key role at Social Power, you will:

- Lead the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and amplify brand engagement.
- Strategize creative and effective advertising solutions across digital and social media platforms, harnessing the power of targeted messaging.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines meticulously, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables within set parameters.
- Collaborate closely with creative and technical teams to produce compelling advertising content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring consistent improvement and innovation.
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and our internal team, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies into our advertising approaches.
- Promote a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team, contributing to Social Power’s reputation as a leader in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:
To make a significant impact at Social Power, you will need:

- A minimum of five years of substantial experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
- Extensive knowledge of various social media and digital platforms, including in-depth expertise with Chinese social media platforms like Weibo, RED, Douyin (TikTok), and WeChat.
- Demonstrated ability to combine creative thinking with factual analysis to develop appropriate strategies, ensuring effective campaign delivery and audience engagement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, vital for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, managing multiple projects with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Mandarin, would be a significant asset in communicating with our diverse clientele.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
