RH Shop Fitting Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our professional team. Duties and responsibilities: - Create detailed architectural drawings, preliminary sketches, and working drawings for joinery projects. - Utilize in SketchUp, Vray, AutoCAD, and other architecture-related software to visualize and refine design concepts. - Assist in organizing and planning projects. - Produce and revise shop drawings, specifications, maps, charts, and assembly instructions for production. - Coordinate works programs to ensure timely completion of joinery projects. - Communicate with builders, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and address any issues. - Review and revise drawings for accuracy and compliance, resolving discrepancies as needed. - Present design concepts, incorporate client feedback, and provide technical advice on joinery solutions. - Keep up with industry trends, new materials, and advancements in design software like AutoCAD etc. **Requirements**: - Proficiency in SketchUp, Vray, AutoCAD, and other architecture-related software - Minimum 2 years of related working experience - Degree in Architecture or a related field - Ability to organize tasks with shopping centers, clients, councils, and PCA - Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills - Creative thinker who can think "out of the square" - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work closely to meet deadlines - Willingness to learn and grow in the field - Strong team player with the ability to work independently - Capable of handling stress and managing a busy routine - Basic knowledge of joinery **Contact Information**: - **Mobile**: 0410 310 211 - **Office Phone**: 02 7258 8666 Pay: $56,706.39 - $101,734.82 per year **Benefits**: - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplementary Pay: - Performance bonus Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
