**Day to day**:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders from Marketing Merchandising, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure platform capabilities meet business needs
- Work with vendors and engineering teams to develop new functionality to meet requirements. Create user stories and testing to ensure requirements are met
- Train staff on the system, providing documentation, and user guides
- Provide support to users, triage and debug issues
- Work with platform vendors to ensure cases are managed end-to-end with priority on speed of resolution

**You'll be perfect for the role if you have**:

- 2+ years in a similar role or transferable experience
- An understanding of system integration technology
- Experience with internal and external stakeholders
- Support experience - Analysis
- Experience with complex travel products
- Project/Software development lifecycle experience (desirable)
