But first what is a Business Process Partner, you may ask? A Business Process Partner combines their skills as a administrative coordinator with a keen eye for efficiency and process improvements.

As a Business Process Partner (BPP) based in our Melbourne office, you'll be the hero of our commercial and pharmaceutical organization, ensuring seamless support for our Sales & Marketing teams.

**What you'll do**:

- Partner with Sales & Marketing to achieve success through administrative & logístical excellence.
- Drive key initiatives by coordinating promotional materials, events, and sponsorships.
- Manage essential tasks like travel bookings, reporting, and budget management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and boost efficiency.

**What you'll bring**:

- 3+ years' experience in Marketing/Sales administration (pharmaceutical a plus).
- A curiosity about continual improvement and simplification
- Excellent organizational skills with a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- A strong customer service focus and ability to work effectively in a team.
