As part of our growth, we now have an opportunity for a Team Administrator, Transformation Office to join our Transformation team in Sydney.

About the opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our Strategy Transformation Office. The Strategy Transformation Office’s (STO) objective is to deliver and execute the strategy across the organisation to enable ISPT to meet its revised strategy for growth. The coordinator is a key position that will provide support to the Group Executive, Transformation, the STO team and the general business. Your main areas of responsibilities will be across, diary and time management, preparation of presentations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and customers as required.

About you

To be successful, you will be adaptable and proactive and have experience managing competing priorities within a dynamic environment. Proven ability to work independently, a commitment to service and delivery, demonstrated high levels of initiative and professionalism in exercising privacy and confidentiality is also essential.
