**The Purpose**:
Reporting to the Program Manager, Transformation, this role is responsible to assist the Transformation Office to lead and co-ordinate the AP+ transformation program.

**This is what you’d be required to do**:
Assisting in running the Transformation project office, including information management, logistics planning, developing & managing the schedule, portfolio management, control and management processes such as change, issues, risk and resource planning.

The effective operation of the transformation program in coordinating engagements with participants and external stakeholders across the project to the agreed operating rhythm. This includes responsibility for engagement content, minute taking, managing confidential information, identifying and monitoring dependencies across the project.

**We’d**
**love to hear from you if you have;**
- 2+ years in corporate project or portfolio co-ordination
- Proven planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to facilitate planning discussions and workshops
- Cost, resources, and scheduling skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to present to various stakeholder groups with a IT and business focus, including senior executive level reporting
- Good stakeholder management skills and understanding of sensitivities and commercial confidences
- Sound experience with Microsoft Office and Project tools
