We are seeking to appoint a Team Administrator to join our Built Environment Administration team in Sydney. You will play a critical role in providing high level administration support to our Built Environment team in NSW. If you enjoy working within a dynamic environment and an inclusive and supportive team then this is the role for you.
The opportunity:

- Assisting with word processing duties for project submissions, reports, correspondence and presentations
- Assisting with financial management and preparation of client invoices, accounts payable and expense claim processing
- Recording of contracts
- Create and support a collaborative working environment across the office, developing strong working rapport with colleagues
- Back up support within the administration team and reception where required
- Office facilities responsibilities
- Support Sector Lead and other executives with travel arrangements
- Follow up of weekly timesheets and associated reporting
- Develop a knowledge base for the company’s business, stakeholders and clients
- Sector bid document support
- General and ad-hoc administrative support
- What can you bring to the team?
- Administration experience (engineering industry related experience would be highly regarded)
- Previous administrative experience
- A track record in the production of external facing marketing materials
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual and ability to take initiative
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
