We are seeking an ICT Business Partner to establish the ICT scope and requirements for our Mental Health Reform Program. This is a 6-month Fixed Term position based in Blackburn North (currently on a WFH hybrid arrangement).
About the role
Reporting to the Business Partner's Manager, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Provide advice to business teams to understand business and project requirements to ensure sound project scoping is undertaken, considering architectural requirements, and matching to business and technology strategy;
- Establish the ICT workstream for Ambulance Victoria's Mental Health Reform Program;
- Gather high-level business requirements, define scope and costs during discovery via meetings, engagements and facilitating cross functional sessions with stakeholders; and
- Manage functional expenditure within budget and provide accurate costing and guidance for best value delivery.

About you

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Completion of postgraduate degree (or progress toward) with high level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience (preferably in a Business, Technology or Data related field)
- Demonstrated experience in health, government or emergency services
- Understanding of data & insights, preferably in a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, communication, and consultation with individual and groups, employees, public sector, and vendors
- Contemporary knowledge in information management, technology, and data & insights
- Understanding of project management and business analysis methodologies and experience with technology products

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including a Police Check.
The position is graded at AV5. The AV grade salary range for AV-5 is $122,236 - $144,502 (pro-rata) plus 10.5% superannuation. Salary on commencement is offered at the base of the AV grade.
