The Role

As our HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee and clinical workforce experience. Working closely with the leadership and clinical teams, you'll deliver strategic and operational HR support across the employment lifecycle: from recruitment and credentialing through to engagement, wellbeing, and retention.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to managers and clinicians alike, ensuring our People & Culture practices align with Telecare's purpose, regulatory standards, and high-performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to shape our culture and embed effective ways of working.
  • Design and implement the employee and clinical specialist experience across onboarding, credentialing, and offboarding.
  • Provide HR advice on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Support internal communication, change management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Drive programs that enhance wellbeing, recognition, and retention.
  • Ensure HR operations meet healthcare credentialing and regulatory requirements.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in HR or people partnering roles.
  • Experience within a healthcare, clinical, or regulated environment.
  • Experience must be within hospitals, GP clinics, telehealth, aged care, mental health, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of credentialing, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Australian work authorisation required at time of application.
