**The Opportunity**

As part of our growth, we’re seeking a Systems Analyst - ICT to support and evolve our core platforms, deliver new technologies and help shape how technology supports every corner of our operations.

**About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for:

- Bridging business and technology - engage with stakeholders across business units to elicit, document and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications that deliver measurable business value.
- Process and data analysis - perform detailed process mapping, data modelling and gap analysis to evaluate existing systems, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised solutions.
- Supporting and optimising core systems - maintain, enhance and integrate our ERP/CRM platforms (including Dynamics 365 and related solutions) to enable reliable analytics, automation and reporting.
- Leading system integration and enhancements - develop functional / technical specifications, collaborate with developers, architects and vendors, implement interfaces / APIs / middleware, and create UAT plans ensuring quality & integrity prior to deployment.
- Project facilitation - coordinate projects and act as the central reference point for technical decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines and budgets.
- Continuous improvement - monitor system performance, conduct impact assessments, and recommend enhancements to streamline business processes and strengthen data integrity.
- Documentation & training - produce clear process and system documentation, user guides and training materials to support adoption, user acceptance testing and ongoing knowledge transfer.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience (3 + years) as a Systems Analyst - ICT, Business Systems Analyst, or similar ICT role.
- Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including databases, queries and data analytics.
- Solid understanding of system-development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, requirements gathering and solution-design techniques.
- Demonstrated experience delivering system integration or transformation projects, preferably involving ERP / CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365).
- Familiarity with data-integration and reporting tools such as Power BI, ETL frameworks, APIs, Azure cloud services or middleware.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting analytics and reporting initiatives highly regarded.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
