Position Summary
We are seeking an entry-level ICT Business Analyst to analyze our business processes, identify technology improvement opportunities, and support digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
•Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
•Document current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
•Gather and analyze business requirements for technology solutions
•Create detailed business requirements documentation and specifications
•Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders
System Analysis & Process Improvement
•Analyze existing student management systems and learning platforms
•Evaluate current technology infrastructure and identify optimization opportunities
•Document system workflows and data flow processes
•Recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
•Support system integration and process automation initiatives
Data Analysis & Reporting
•Analyze student enrollment data, course completion rates, and performance metrics
•Create business intelligence dashboards and reporting frameworks
•Develop KPIs and performance measurement systems
•Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision making
•Generate regular reports on system performance and business metrics
Technology Solution Design
•Design improved business processes leveraging technology solutions
•Create functional specifications for system enhancements
•Collaborate with technical teams on solution implementation
•Support user acceptance testing and system validation
•Document solution designs and implementation guidelines
Project Coordination & Support
•Assist in planning and coordinating technology improvement projects
•Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders
•Support change management activities and user training initiatives
•Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverable quality
•Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed
Stakeholder Management
•Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
•Communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
•Present findings and recommendations to management
•Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams
•Provide ongoing support and consultation on technology matters
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
•1-2 years of experience in business analysis or related ICT role
•Understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
•Basic knowledge of system analysis and process improvement techniques
Technical Skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
•Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
•Understanding of database concepts and SQL basics
•Familiarity with project management principles
•Knowledge of business process modeling tools (preferred)
Soft Skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently in a remote environment
