**ICT Account Manager - Cloud Support (AWS Focus)**

**This is a full-time position located at Level 2, 20 Berry Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of cloud customers and partners.
- Support partners and resellers with onboarding to AWS cloud services and assist with account setup and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely product, pricing, and billing support.
- Deliver product guidance and drive adoption of AWS services based on customer needs and usage data.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support cloud sales growth through enablement activities.
- Liaise with vendor teams to resolve technical or service delivery issues.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical account management, customer support or cloud services role, preferably in an ICT distribution or vendor environment.
- Proven experience supporting or managing cloud-based technologies (preferably AWS).
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them for commercial stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms and cloud management or billing tools is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in IT, Business, or related disciplines will be well regarded.
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are advantageous but not essential.

**Salary range: AUD $80,000 - $85,000 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.**

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
