Menulog is currently seeking a Head of Account Services to join our high performing commercial department. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of Account Services will be responsible for leading a 20+ person team of specialist Account Managers whose role is to deliver an exceptional, high value service to a large portfolio of SMB partners and corporate accounts across Australia.

The Head of Account Services will directly lead the Strategic Accounts team with a separate SMB account management team also under their responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Grow, develop and manage a team of Key Account Managers that will focus on a portfolio of identified high value partner accounts across Australia with the goal of optimising their business performance, driving growth to their top and bottom line and enhancing their experience of working with Menulog.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to establish and optimise all partnerships with national Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and other high value accounts.
- Lead the recruitment and training of a highly focused Key Account Management team, introducing exceptional new talent to the business.
- Help create the strategic direction for the team, evaluating and implementing value added offerings for our partners. Owning the delivery of revenue targets and other key metrics associated with our partner portfolio.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director and other Sales Managers to contribute to the successful implementation of a high performing sales & customer service culture at Menulog.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director on new contracts and contract renewals.
- Become a key stakeholder in the design and build of reporting and insight tools that clearly define partner success and KPIs.
- Ownership of KPI’s for the team from creation to delivery. Acute performance monitoring at both a team and individual level as well as active management and leadership to ensure success.
- Work closely with the other departments and Menulog’s senior leadership to ensure operational efficiency and maximum collaboration amongst the team. Building particularly strong relationships with the Operations, Technology and Marketing teams to ensure industry leading levels of support and collaboration are provided to our key partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the restaurant / take-away industry in order to ensure your team is equipped with the necessary skills to help assist our key partners as they grow their businesses.
- Help to define strategies for growth within the existing client base
- Great account management teams need great data and insight. Assess and champion the usage of data analytics within your team
- Analyse key data that provides insights into trends for our industry to create team direction for maximising results
- Other duties as required

**Skills, Experience & Attributes Required**
- Relevant university degree
- 5 years + experience at a management level within a sales or account management position with a critical focus on account growth
- Experience in setting up Key Account Management programs; providing expertise, training and direction for multiple cross functional teams
- Evidence of managing and leading sales / account management teams to success, with a sound understanding of analysing and interpreting data
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment with the flexibility and personal resilience to balance the conflict of delivering programmes Vs developing and implementing future schemes and processes
