About the Role
As
Head of Client Partnerships
, you'll lead a national client management function responsible for delivering exceptional service, retention, and account growth across a diverse corporate portfolio.
You'll partner with key clients at executive level, aligning travel program performance with business objectives, driving innovation, and ensuring measurable value delivery.
Working closely with commercial, operations, and technology teams, you'll ensure clients experience best-in-class travel solutions backed by data insights and proactive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Client Partnership team.
- Build strategic, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across key corporate accounts.
- Oversee client retention, satisfaction, and commercial performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through consultative engagement and strategic program reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience, process efficiencies, and product adoption.
- Provide strategic input into client solutions, RFP responses, and business improvement initiatives.
- Deliver reporting, analysis, and insights that demonstrate value and return on investment.
About You
You're a confident communicator, commercially astute, and passionate about client success. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy leading others to achieve outstanding results.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in senior account management, client partnerships, or sales leadership—ideally within corporate travel, hospitality, or a B2B service industry.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to influence at executive level.
- A track record of achieving growth, retention, and high client satisfaction outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate insights and data into meaningful client strategies.
