A new opportunity exists for a Head of Key Accounts to join the business. This position is for an experienced senior leader based at our Head Office in Sydney and is ideal for a hunter who has strong industry connections, experience in hospitality account management (or a related field) and is super motivated to support the industry and build capability of our high performing team.
Skills and Experience:
- Account Management experience in hospitality, recruitment or a related field
- B2B business development and proven sales experience (hospitality industry preferred but not essential)
- Must be able to lead from the front, motivate and drive a high performing team to achieve results
- A proven closer in a selling environment and thrives in day-to-day account development and sales targets (KPI driven)
- A willingness to learn and perform in a high paced, transformational environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptable, with outstanding communication and interpersonal attributes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Must hold an Australian driver’s license and have access to own vehicle

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
