**Flying Bark are looking for a very organised, super savvy and switched on person to join our rather busy HR and Recruitment team. This person will be all about that attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen interest in employment law and love all things contract related. It will be a part time role so would be ideal for someone who doesn’t want to work full time and either has an HR background and wants to move into the entertainment industry or is already in the industry but wants to move into the amazing world of HR and Recruitment. It will be a short contract with the possibility of extension and applicants in Australia are preferred.**

**The primary responsibilities for the role will be**:

- Managing the crew contracting process from start to finish, including drafting agreements, distribution, execution, saving and maintaining contracts in internal drives;
- Tracking and prioritising contract requests;
- Build a familiarity with industry awards to assist with rates queries; and
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment department and other duties as required.

- Excellent administration skills, preferably with previous experience in administrative roles;
- A background in contract administration is highly desirable;
- A familiarity with employment law including industry awards;
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills are a must for this role;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and GSuite skills;
- Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive documents with utmost discretion;
- Flexibility and able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and demands;
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and be on top of deadlines;
- Fast learner and willing to learn on the job;
- A strong passion for all things children’s animation and the film/TV production industry.
