**About the Role;**

Join our fast paced, dynamic people team as a People Experience Coordinator You’ll support the wider people team with all things administration, coordination, contract generation and learn from our people team to support your development.

Responsibilities;
- Manage the communal inbox for all HR enquiries
- Work closely with People Partners to generate contracts and other documents as required
- Keep our HR system up to date and accurate
- Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administration and reference checks as required

About You;
- Ideally at least 1 year of experience working within a HR function
- High organised, with an eye for detail
- A love for working at a high pace and happy to be proactive and put forward ideas
- Experience working with a HR or recruitment system would be beneficial
- A degree in human resources, a relevant field or relevant experience
- Happy to travel to our Alexandria HQ and work full time hours
