In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting people and culture initiatives as well as provide an end-to-end Human Resources service including recruitment, onboarding, coaching and general administrative duties. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a trusted partner for our managers and employees.
Based in our Alexandria office, this hands-on role supports a full range of HR projects and initiatives and reports to the HR Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first line support and guidance to employees including recruitment, payroll, ER matters, HR benefits and HRIS system administration.
- Talent Acquisition
- Supports the full-cycle recruiting process.- Partners with the HR Manager to drive our annual performance review related processes including mid-year and annual reviews.
- Partners with hiring managers to deliver onboarding and induction activities
- Supports the HR Manager with employee relations matters.
- Maintains HR policies to ensure they are current and compliant with relevant legislation.

**Skills & Experience Requirements**
- 2+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist/HR Advisor/Recruitment position
- 1+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Capable and efficient in administrative tasks such as mail merge, report preparation etc.
- Experience with enterprise HR systems e.g. ADP & Workday (desirable)
