We’re on the lookout for a Full Time **Training and Onboarding Coordinator** to play a key role in delivering an engaging, consistent, and impactful onboarding experience across our stores, while also supporting the ongoing training and development of current team members.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Training & Development**
- Deliver structured training to new team members (both online and in-store) covering everything from systems and sales to customer service
- Provide ongoing training to existing employees to support development and product knowledge
- Create and maintain engaging training materials: handbooks, presentations, and digital learning modules
- Track and report training participation and outcomes to HR and States Managers
- Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve training content and delivery

**Onboarding Coordination**
- Own the onboarding process from start to finish: scheduling, materials, inductions, and support
- Be the go-to person for new hires, answering questions and guiding them through their early days
- Collaborate with HR, States Managers, and the Manager Trainer to ensure a seamless and structured experience
- Ensure all onboarding tasks, such as contracts, systems, policy sign-offs, are completed accurately and on time
- Gather feedback from new team members to improve our onboarding journey

**Collaboration & Support**
- Work closely with Store and States Managers to identify training needs across locations
- Be ready to hit the road You’ll travel domestically as needed to deliver hands-on training and onboarding support in stores

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in training, onboarding, or learning and development (bonus if it’s in retail)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially in managing documentation and learning tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS experience is a bonus
- Adaptability and a positive attitude—you thrive in dynamic, people-focused environments
- **Willingness to travel within Australia at short notice**
