What To Expect
Tesla is searching for a Recruitment Intern to join a rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping the company increase its high calibre team across Australia & New Zealand. You will support a team of recruiters who hire for every department within Tesla – from Sales, Delivery and Service to IT, Supercharging and Engineering.
This role provides the perfect opportunity to develop your recruiting skills as you will be primarily responsible for scheduling interviews, managing background checks, and supporting in recruitment projects and administration. You'll also gain exposure to talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of different roles.
What You'll Do- Work with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to schedule phone, online and face to face interviews
- Track recruitment and keep appropriate records of activity on the candidate tracking system
- Place advertisements using online media and assist in managing the response
- Help to organize recruitment events and branding collateral
- Support projects to grow our future talent program offerings
- Complete reference and background checks
- Manage purchase orders and invoicing
- Be an active member of the HR community delivering an exceptional service to the business
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines
- Additional ad-hoc duties will be required in addition to normal workload
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- Able to take on the role full time for a 6-month period (fixed term contract)
- Flexible approach to work and a 'can do' attitude
- Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to quickly develop strong and positive working relationships across all levels and functions
- Self-starter that takes initiative and ownership of tasks, with an organized and focused approach
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
