As the Channel Manager of Engagement, you will be the Digital Product Manager of our Direct member, employer, and advisor channels at UniSuper. You will oversee and expand Digital capabilities in our award-winning Mobile App, our best in class member portal and help grow our online capabilities for our employer and advisor channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Channel leadership (expansion and adoption)**
- The Channel Manager, Digital Engagement will lead the ‘Engagement’ stream in the Digital Roadmap. This stream will focus on improving digital channel capability, usability and engagement with a view to deliver a more digitally engaged membership base, and one less likely to churn away.
- You will provide senior leadership to an agile team dedicated to delivering on the above. You will guide the team on execution, backlog shaping, innovation, and execution. You will also provide senior leadership to individual initiatives that will align with the above outcomes, such as BAU changes or stand-alone projects to deliver new self-service capability.

**Channel Leadership**

This role is ultimately accountable for the performance of the key UniSuper Digital Channels:

- Mobile App
- Member Online
- Employer Online Advisor Online

**This accountability will include**
- Acting as the senior SME on the capability of each channel and owing the quality of each experience.
- Establishing standards and processes to ensure that new change delivered onto each platform aligns with your roadmap and end state vision.
- Maintaining UniSuper’s best in class digital performance Proactive identification of activities that could increase the performance of each channel or drive their greater adoption.

**Channel Roadmap**
- In partnership with your peers in the team you will develop a a roadmap for each of the above channels. This roadmap will help deliver on the following 3 ambitions:

- Market leading retention, enabled by great Digital experiences.
- Increased growth (new members, rollovers, additional contributions)
- Increased digital engagement and self-serve.

The roadmap will also ensure that UniSuper either maintains or achieves best in class status with the experiences that are delivered on your digital Channels.

**About You**:

- Proven leader with skills leading complex and creative functions.
- Experience managing within a highly regulated environment.
- +5 years as a Channel Manager / Digital Product Manager, or similar experience
- Passion to deliver and a drive to ‘win’ and help UniSuper achieve our ambitions in growth, self-service and engagement /retention.
- Will be able to build meaningful relationships across the business and bring people on the journey as they deliver their program.
- Be an evangelist for your Digital channels and their roles within UniSuper. An appreciation for the importance of Accessibility and WCAG.
