**Who you are and what you will do**:

- This role will support across Paid Media with a specific focus on digital media including SEM, Social Media, Display and Addressable.
- You thrive on marketing and media performance, always with a focus on performance, optimisation and delivering results.
- Data-driven, you can review current media measurement (including data, reports, process and tools), articulate impact on KPIs and business objectives and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Working cross-functionally and with our media agency, you will support the delivery of an Enterprise Media Strategy including keeping an eye on media trends and insights.
- Collaborate with the wider Vanguard Channel Marketing, Insights and Analytics team and our media agency to help answer business questions or needs relating to paid media, including identifying and using various data sources needed to do this.
- You know how to get the best out of both creative and media and are able to brief in campaigns and support campaign management through to delivery.
- You understand digital journeys and the importance of website and landing page as part of it to drive performance.
- Sitting as part of the Channel Marketing team who are also responsible for social media, you may be called about to set up and run paid social advertising campaigns - so ideally you are also familiar with running campaigns on Meta, Linkdedin, Twitter, Reddit and other social platform advertising.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing or media role - both client side or agency side experience is welcome
- Solid understanding of key digital media channels - SEM, Display, Addressable channels and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit etc)
- Experience in managing social & digital advertising, media planning and ad optimisation.
- Experience with above-the-line media channels would be great but not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Proven ability to use data & insights to inform business decisions and shape media planning
- Strong experience in managing budgets and targets to deliver ROI.
- Broad knowledge of the financial services industry particularly Wealth Management would be highly regarded
