**Your new role**

As a successful Channel Manager, a main responsibility will be to liaise with internal support teams and external partners to ensure delivery of acquisition components and monitor and manage expenses within allotted budget. You will also contribute to the delivery of AustralianSuper growth targets/KPIs and represent the Strategic Acquisition Team in various working groups and meetings when required.

**What you’ll need**
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent practical business experience
- Demonstrated experience designing scaled channel solutions including go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical capabilities to drive sound decision-making and recommendations for change
- A creative thinker who can turn insights into action to continually optimise successful acquisition channels
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, developing and distributing succinct, clear and accurate communications to different types of stakeholders of different levels
- Experience in agile delivery, planning, and coordinating program of work for multiple agile squads
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work in a fast-moving collaborative culture
- Strong project management skills with experience working across strategy and delivery
- Experience in managing external agencies and vendors for performance
