australia brisbane contract au$300 - au$400 per dayTalent International is searching for an experienced **PMO Support Officer** to join our client, a leading logistics organisation. This role is based in **Fortitude Valley** on a 6-month contract.
**Purpose**
Reporting to the Senior PMO Specialist, the PMO Support Officer will deliver project support and administrative services including onboarding/cessation of project team members, maintenance of project registers, purchasing and invoicing and managing training compliance to support the IT projects.
**Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables**:
- Assist the Project Managers and Team Leads with financial management and procurement activities such as raising purchase orders and requisitions, paying invoices, completing service entry sheets, ensuring costs are reconciled using the client’s ERP system, SAP and the IT timesheeting system, Project Online.
- Manage the renewal and cessation of project team accounts, building security cards and associated forms; and ensure project staff are compliant in mandatory training.
- Create and maintain PMO registers such as the invoice tracker and SOW register and help maintain resource information in Project Online.
- Provide day to day support to the Senior PMO Specialist and Leader, IT PMO.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years previous Project Administrator or Project Support Officer experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in using the SAP procurement modules (i.e. raising purchase orders, goods receipting etc.) is mandatory.
**Specific Skills**:
- High level of organisational and administrative skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Proven experience in office administration, co-ordination, planning and management of activities.
- Ability to prioritise to meet requirements and deadlines.
- High level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and an ability to effectively develop strong working relationships.
