**Position Overview**:
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing analytical insights, operational support, and coordination across various projects and programs. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects in alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Governance**: Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, and standards to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and provide timely reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- **Risk and Issue Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues by developing risk management plans, conducting risk assessments, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- **Resource Management**: Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning activities by coordinating with project managers to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders by organising meetings, workshops, and presentations, and ensuring clear and concise communication of project-related information.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
