Turner & Townsend's Advisory team in Brisbane is expanding and looking for a Principal Consultant to join the team. As a member of our Advisory team, you will be ‘output’ focused and have experience working across a variety of sectors and client types, supporting delivery and implementation of performance improvements across Portfolios and Programs of work.
- Supporting clients to uplift Project and Program delivery capability
- Design and implement of Project Delivery and Assurance Frameworks
- Hands on PMO support
- Leading Performance improvement initiatives
- Identifying improvement or efficiency opportunities
- Producing coherent and persuasive cases for change.
- Development of best practice methodologies for strategic consulting, project and program management.
- Translating client strategy into clear action plans that make a tangible difference.
- Producing clear, concise and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value.
- Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the consulting engagements.
- Establishing effective client governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Implementation planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.

**Qualifications**:

- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: management consulting, business management, and project management or information technology.
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years consulting experience or equivalent client side PMO
- Good understanding of business improvement approaches including business process re-engineering, system development, change management and other relevant techniques.
- Experience in PMO lead roles, PMO re design and process improvements, Program delivery or Portfolio Management roles, Reporting to GM, Senior Manager level
- (preferred) Experience of working across a variety of sectors that include property, retail, banking and both the private and public sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm.
