Under the guidance of the **Purchasing Manager**, you will be at the forefront of executing transactional purchasing and expediting tasks within your designated domain.

As a key player in our procurement process, you will:

- Uphold the integrity of purchasing activities by adhering to our comprehensive Purchasing Policy.
- Collaborate effectively with essential stakeholders to streamline procurement processes.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**About you**:

- Prior experience in a similar role, with exposure to the functions of purchasing and or procurement
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including consultation, negotiation and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Enhanced computer skills, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP/Ariba
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to analyse problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
