6 month contract - Full Time - 29th Sep Start - Brisbane CBD - Training - $32.69/hr + super - Hybrid

**Your new company**
This reputable organisation is based nationally and looking to expand their growing Brisbane CBD team with experienced call centre professionals.

**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, dealing with all customer enquiries and managing a portfolio of claims from beginning to end.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills through your ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly
- You have great time management and organisational skills, and be able to adapt to different situations.
- You will be a go getter, able to work well autonomously and have confidence in your abilities
- You will display analytical skills when handling cases to effectively determine an appropriate outcome
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a cooperative, team environment
- Basic to Intermediate computer literacy with demonstrated ability to touch type and work with multiple systems simultaneously
