As a highly motivated Outbound Call Centre Operator/ Appointment Setter, you will enjoy onsite parking, opportunities for bonuses, a professional and ethical work environment with a like-minded team who encourage success.

Operating hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with overtime available on Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Call prospective clients and accurately record/update all details (including medical history) within a secure electronic database
  • Actively listen to find the clients need and then advise how our therapy can benefit their specific health concern
  • Engage prospects in conversation maintaining call control and generate qualified appointments to consistently meet and exceed set KPI's

You MUST have:

  • Previous experience warm calling prospective clients and successfully setting appointments for sales consultants
  • Experience in converting high value leads
  • Genuine interest in helping others improve their quality of life
  • Clear, professional telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to engage well with the 50+ age range
  • Resilient attitude focused on results
  • Capable of efficiently building trust and credibility
  • Reliable with commitment to 100% attendance
  • Basic and accurate computer skills
