**About the Company**
Davidson are a preferred supplier for the Government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced Call Centre Consultants to commence a temporary contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
- Making outbound calls to customers when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong computer skills
**Must be an Australian Citizen and pass a Criminal History Check**
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to handle all aspects of the job.
