As a Call Centre Staff member, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through phone interactions. This position offers both casual and part-time opportunities and requires a valid driver's license, as travel to our Ipswich office will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Adhere to a rotating schedule, which include day, nights and weekend shifts.
Attend training sessions to continually enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Ipswich office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.
Prior call centre or customer service experience is an advantage however not essential as training will be provided.
