**Public Sector People** are working with a local council in the south suburbs of Brisbane (LOGAN) to recruit
**MULTIPLE Call Centre team **members for a small project of work with the possibly of extension and long-term opportunities. This role is paying $36.00 per hour + super.

This role is an extremely rewarding, fun and engaging position for someone passionate about giving customer service. The role will be answering General enquiries inbound calls from council residents between the hours on 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

This is
**NOT** a complaint or claims line.

This role will be for a period of
**3 weeks + extension**
You must be available immediately and be able to start
**this Thursd**
**ay.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- General Administration duties within the team
- Answering inbound calls
- Deliver a high level of verbal and written communication skills,
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions
- Show proficiency at using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening

**About you**:

- You have experienced working within a call centre is mandatory
- You can start ASAP
- You have a good track record of attendance and reliability
- Customer service comes naturally and is a passion of yours.
- High level of attention to detail
