We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service and Call Centre professional for a 12-month contract for a federal government department based in central Brisbane City location

**About the role**:

- You will be completing simple first contact resolution enquiries
- You will be providing general administration duties including data entry, diary management, file and document management
- You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- You will be involved in quality improvement approaches for the organisation and identifying opportunities for the business
- You will be required to work in a rostered environment and adhere to work schedules

**About you**:

- You will have exceptional communication skills
- You will ideally have experience in a customer service/contact centre role
- You would have ideally had exposure to sensitive information in previous roles
- You will be able to adapt to a diverse spread of enquiries
- You will have a sound understanding of strict policies and procedures
- You will have the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- You will have the ability to work well in a team
- You will be able to demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills

**Benefits**:

- ASAP start
- 12-month temporary assignment (with the possibility of extension)
- $43 per hour + super
- Full time hours Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day (rotating shifts between 7am and 8.00pm - please note you will need to be available for all shifts)
- Central Brisbane City location
