We have introduced a new
National Customer Service Department
, designed to ensure patients and referrers can connect with us via their channel of choice. This function will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, supporting in-clinic teams, and strengthening relationships with our referrers.
As part of this transformation, we are expanding our
Inbound Customer Service team
– and we are looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join us.
About The Opportunity
We are seeking
Permanent Full-Time/Part-Time Inbound Contact Centre Agents
to join our team with opportunities based at our
Robina, Redcliffe, Toowong
and
Clayfield
locations.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, delivering a high standard of service while ensuring quality bookings are made efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality service to all inbound enquiries via our contact centre.
- Convert calls and enquiries into accurate bookings, setting up in-clinic teams for success.
- Ensure patients are fully prepared for their appointments, providing clear information on arrival times, preparation requirements, and cost estimates.
- Manage patient referrals from our website and referrer networks.
- Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate seamless transfer of pathology and imaging history.
- Work closely with in-clinic teams, Radiologists, and operational leaders to continuously improve workflows.
About You
- Passionate about customer service, with empathy, care, and compassion at the core of everything you do.
- A strong communicator who can confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
- Tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately (experience with RIS or CMS systems highly regarded).
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
- Previous contact centre or medical administration experience is desirable but not essential.
