**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be an integral part of Studco’s Customer Service Team providing high quality and consistent service to our customers.

The Role will be primarily focused on the following in order of priority;
- Local order entry, quoting, customer follow up and coordination of pickups and deliveries for the branch in which you reside.
- Support of the National Customer Service team to provide a seamless and consistent approach to all customers throughout the Australian business.
- Administration duties as required.

You will be vital player on Studco’s Customer Service Team and will be joining one of the fastest-growing, most dynamic companies in the industry. **KEY EFFECTIVENESS AREAS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Key Responsibilities Areas**:

- Monitor and process orders and quotes within Victoria and lending support to Interstate Branches.
- Provide excellent internal sales support for all the sales team including Sales Reps and the State Manager.
- Liaise with Warehouse Supervisors, Production and Dispatch departments.
- Adopt and impart the Studco USP, value propositions and brand strategies
- Actively contribute in all Customer Service / Sales meetings
- Collect, file & update CRM information including Project and relationship mapping as directed by Management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts
- Have an understanding of the warehouse stock inventory and ordering process
- Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to financial details and customer/supplier details.

**Preferred knowledge**:

- Know and value the need for fanatical customer service
- Understanding of basic sales processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (advantage)
- Some knowledge of the construction industry.(advantage)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
