**About the Role：**

This role reports to the IT Department. You will be required to work 2 to 3 days per week.

**Responsibilities Tasks**:

- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management

**To be successful in the role**:

- Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to speak both English and Mandarin is highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $28.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
